Learn how to make 4 different types of Viennoserie in this in-person & hands-on class. You will learn how to make plain croissants, pain au chocolat, turkey and cheese & danishes.

We will make 120 croissants in total.

There will be 4 types of viennoiserie made in class:

✓ Plain croissants

✓ Chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat)

✓ Ham and cheese croissants

✓ Danishes with salted maple cream and blueberries

This is a HANDS-ON class, so be ready to get your hands dirty.

The class will end sitting down to enjoy the croissants we made. There will be plenty to take home.
