Javiera is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.

There will be 4 types of viennoiserie made in class:

This is a HANDS-ON class, so be ready to get your hands dirty.
The class will end sitting down to enjoy the croissants we made. There will be plenty to take home.
