Included
Kit includes a banneton/loaf pan, scraper, scoring knife, sourdough starter, 2lbs. of fresh milled flours from Castle Valley Mill, PA. You will also take home a loaf to be baked.

Javiera is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.
The Studio is a professional bakery, which provides the perfect atmosphere for our workshops. There is a professional steam injected oven, which will give you allow you to experience what professional bakeries do.
