How to Correctly Shape a Dough

Shaping a bread dough correctly before going inside the banneton or loaf pan is super important!

It will determine how nicely it will rise in the oven, so make sure to watch the video I prepared for you.

Also – I added a questions at the end of the video, that is a typical struggle when making bread.

    After 12 hours of cold proofing in fridge should dough get flipped onto parchment and into preheated dutch oven for baking or should you do one more shaping first?

      Hi Luke! You should flip immediately over parchment. At that point you dont want to manipulate the dough much as you might lose some co2. Hope this helps 🙂
